October 20, 2014: The Code of Fairfax County (Articles I, II, IV, V, and VI)
March, 2014: Volunteer Fairfax (Database of volunteer opportunities in Northern Virginia) added to Fairfax resources. See below, or here.
Community leader, and Principal Attorney Jad Sarsour, asked his team to keep a page on the website to update the public of legal statutes and resources that may help their cases. When new resources are added by way of a newly published post or page, you can find the most critical (and commonly searched for) resources listed on this page (bookmark it). We understand many of you are returning visitors; people rely on our Northern Virginia criminal law firm‘s website for much more than information about Virginia criminal laws.
This list will be updated on an ongoing basis. Non-residents residents and citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia may access a wide variety of resources, ranging from local government and court websites to sources for addiction and alcohol abuse help. If you have suggestions, feel free to submit them via our contact form.

Note: visit the counties’ local sites below if you are in search of basic information, but for Jad Sarsour’s Law Firm’s service areas (courts where we generally represent criminal defendants and traffic clients), visit the service area page. On special request, our Virginia criminal defense attorney and team may be willing to take cases in areas outside of the typical Northern Virginia geographic range. It is rare, but you should still inquire.
